A book by Mark Mason on life and how to cope with everyday situations
Some people truly believe that mark Mason is a guru when it comes to avice on what to do and what not to when you are faced with any situations, all thanks to his book The subtle art of not giving a f**k. The book became New York Times, Globe, and Mail bestseller.
Mark describes in this book that we, human, are not special or entitled in anyway. We don't just get things in life just because we think that we deserve them or because we are better than others. Nothing in life is permanent. Not success. Not failure. And one simply can not get rid of our problems. We overcome our troubles and are faced with new/updated problems and life is just a series of these problems, getting rid of them and then fighting new ones. Overall it is a very good read to improve social anxiety of what others might think of you, how you should measure happiness, and how to overcome your failures.
Another book, much like this one, name Everything is fucked is published in 2019. We'll talk about it in another post.
